I think this had stayed long enough.
I've spent god knows how long talking to Lou about this, and no proof can be provided of ripping in the particular case in which we are interested, so this is a baseless accusation.
That said, other potential rips do exist on the site in question, and I have advised Lou to report these to the respective content owners. What he does with regards these issues is up to him.
That said, due to Lou's disrespectful attitude in public to Tim, and in private to both Tim and I, I feel that it is only appropriate that he receive a ban.
