Looking For Tutorials

Hi everyone!

I am looking for a good toturial for Photosop on how to make Mac OSX Brushed Metal or Aqua interface. I hva until now found no good tutorials on that

I think i can help with the brushed metal:

- new image (a bit wider than how big you want it to be, you'll find out why)

- fill it in grey (vary the shade to get it exactly how you want it)

- add noise (i think you want gaussian noise, again vary to perfect)

- add motion blur from left to right (vary this too, about 25 px will work though, [with my resolution anyway])

as for the aqua, thats a much longer process. To learn you could find some "actions" and look at what they do.

adobe has lots of actions for download.

You should search this forum for photoshop actions:

i gave someone the link for some good ones recently, but i can't remember it now. made by a guy called winna.
