Er... I can convert PNG or ICO to Mac Icon. I asked Wizard for Toolbar Icons, Mac-only Folders like Library...

If the top rounding will be the same as bottom one, then it will be uncorrect perspective.

I've already rounded its top a little bit, and for me it looks fine now (I'll update preview later).
