I think its good, even better that you used rollover images as opposed to flash (/me hates flash) but the rolled over image in your buttons took a while to load in my browser and until it did, I didn't know where the button would take me if i clicked it. Perhaps you should add some faded out words on the buttons and then have them become white as opposed to just having single colored buttons before they're rolled over? Just my thoughts.
I just tested it in mozilla firefox and konqueror (i know linux and windows mozilla's versions are the same) and it render perfectly.
