oddly enough, i feel this site promotes potential mac users who stick to pcs because they think that macs can't be really modded. here's the link and share what you think about it. http://www.xlr8yourmac.com/ this site encourages me to switch to a mac because mac modding isn't that boring at all. it's just as fun as pcs (although it does have a slightly smaller limit) . i hope i don't offend anyone.
cool mac modding site
That is strange. I know of a lot of Mac users that are upset about Windows users being able to change its looks more than they can.
err what are we sad about? we have shapeshifter, candybar, deskshade, butler, konfabulator, virtue, etc... that are much more functional then any windows apps. it's you who should be sad, and you were until konfab was ported to winblowz.

Please do not say things which could lead to flamming.
I don t think the purpose of the previous posters was to say which OS was better in terms of modding.
err yes jaggedfel said wndows was better than osx
no need for an "who`s got a bigger....RAM" type of argument.
That was not my intention to say Windows was better than OS X. If it was then, why am I trying to emulate OS X? Anyway, let me find the site that had a message board where a lot of people said that. It might take a while as I have recently deleted my history, and found the site on google and didn't bookmark it.

well, i'm going to use this site to prove them wrong! ![]()
we in germany have a good comparison for it:
pc users are like trabbi drivers (u remember- the pressed wool car they had in gdr) they know how it´s built , they know how to tune aso.
mac users are like "new car" drivers - full of electronics, everything is ok, but if u want to change ur bulp (like in the mercedes a class) u have to go to the mechanics workshop and pay a lot ov money .....
