I made my own for my previous signature...

Just load up any advanced image editor and make these little graphics. Just make a box and fill it with stuff. After that, host your pic online and hyperlink it to the desired website.

Some people have to rely on other alternatives though... GIMP is probably your best bet for a freebie. Anything but MS Paint!!!

I use Fireworks more than Photoshop now, because CS is buggy on my machine.
