[Help]How can i make the toolbar icon in transparence?

i'v tried to make the toolbar icon with out any icons. so that i can add a image on the background in order to instead those icons. But i failed. if anyone can help me and tell me how to do it? thanks advance!!

When you make the icon, or modify an icon, make the 16x16 icon to be nothing, just transparent. This will make the icon of the app in the tastbar (Start etc.) and the toolbar of the probram (max, min and close glyphs) to be nothing. Is that what you are talking about?

in photoshop or any other image editing program change the opacity or transparency to 1%
