dashboard for windows...

i found this 5 mins ago :

makes dashboard seem very simple... and would a program like this be able to be made for win?

or does one already exist (i mean the structure.. not the idea - i use konfab and avedesk already), cos i yhink it would have a very small footprint...

i have no programming knowledge however so all burns and such may be deserved... please comment

Yeah, making a widget for safari seems easy.

However we don't have a browser that renders on per pixel alpha transparency yet for the windows platform.

We don't have a Quartz engine either.

The efforts are almost insane.
