a few ideas for it:
sprung folders, pretty please ![]()
Home goes to my documents, or can be configured to
in the middle view option, abbreviate the files with a .... so they don't overun the next icon
i think i could dump explorer in the near future`![]()
fissy
Cool app
Problems:
CPU CPU CPU (I know you know this)
3 columned view, thats my favorite feature, please, please!
And spring loaded folders would be nice
startup time could be improved
Great potential. Please continue to develop this app. You seem to have stopped development of many of your other apps.
Peace.
how about isongs? are you still working on that?
I really really really like it. There's just one problem, It doesn't skin folder icons. I changed the normal folder icons using iphile and iconpackager yet the app shows the default folder not my new aqua folder that is seen in my real explorer. Yet it skins my computer which i skinned but didn't show on my desktop. How can i fix that?:

Thanks guys,
Falrex, that happens because the icon set you have isnt fully complete, ie it doesnt skin everything. If you make your icons slightly smaller it should work, or if your really desperate try one of these shell32.dll's that are supposed to completely re skin everything.

Hi alilm,
Nice work!
Regarding the CPU usage bug, I have it here as well. I suppose the program just goes into a loop polling the keyboard/mouse. Perhaps you may want to use On Event handling instead so the program will *wait* for input instead of continous polling.

Grusic
Thats a Snowe.2 style icon. They are all squished.
Thankyou Alim.
-Thankyou for sharing it with us. ![]()

Looks amazing alilm. Haven't tried it yet, but I plan to soon. There are so many great apps that have been released that I haven't tried yet. Wow. Keep up the good work! ![]()
Very good work Alilm. I like it.
Only a question: there is a way to animate or highlight toolbar icons on mouseover/move ?
I downloaded this Finder, but didn't get a chance to try it out yet. I will ASAP. Thanks in advance for your work. I (and most others) appreciate it.
Looks great....nice app...couple of comments/questions
1. What directory is clicking on the computer supposed to show? It doesn't seem to do anything on my machine.
2. The text on the address bar for me is white (not the "Path" window in the upper right - the line that show what folder you're looking at), so it's not readable against the aqua stripes background.
3. I get the 100% CPU problem too.
Firstly,
Secondly;
Thanks so much for feedback, you dont know how much it helps.

If you read the readme on the new version your points 1 and 3 have been fixed. You can now have custom paths for the icons to shortcut to.
Expect your point 2 to be fixed in next version ![]()
Many thanks guys
Really cool.
Requests:
3 paned view, its sooo essential for the mac/finder experience
Some sort of ability to have like -C:\ or something after the shortcut, so I can start the program in a certain folder, that would be so cool.
another cool release alim , dude you are good ![]()
