I've seen those a couple of times before but I think they are samurize configs, I could be wrong though. You can have the weather widget by using Konfabulator, I don't think it is released yet for Avedesk...

I don't think it is released yet for Avedesk...
Someone make it, but not for realese, anyway the Konfabulator version is better

the widescape widget is very simple to make using systats for avedesk. all you need are the images for widescape weather from the konfab widget. as for the cd cover stuff.. you will have to search the avedesk forums as there are tons of cdcoverish widgets available for avedesk.
