Font Building Application -- Combine and Create Glyphs into TTF

Is there a font building application that can allow you to create your own TTF font? Personally, I would like to combine HandelGotDLig and OBFont together for my personal use, but the ability to create my own fonts would be really nice. Is there an app that can do it?

I use Fontlab 4.6 and Font Creator 4.0. Both are good, I like Fontlab better (it's faster). Google for'em
