Hmm...In my opinion, the blue bar at the top is far too big vertically...you just have a lot of unused space there. I would also recommend having rollover effects (via CSS) for the Home, ME, Misc, and etc. links.
Other than that, this is a very nice sit.

thanks nightcrawler....this is my first CSS site, so im still new to this css stuff...ill have a newer site in the summer after uni os finnished and hopefully by then ill of learnt css, xml, php.
