[help] please please

My outlook express is acting wiered and wouldnt work right. I am missing the toolbar and i cant do anything in OE. I have windowxp sp2 and i tried eveything but it just woudnt open.

please help:(

Firstly, have you done a virus scan with an up-to-date virus scanner (opposed to an up-to-date flatbed scanner ).

And by toolbar, do you mean the bar that has "File, Edit, et cetera", the one with the icons (Create Main, et cetera) or the Folder menu on the side? If you are not missing the File, Edit one, go to View -> Layout, and everything should be in there.

I figured out the problem. It was AVG confilicting with it somehow.
