Desklets name change everytime I restart Avedesk

This happens everytime I restart my computer or restart Avedesk. For example I put a shortcut to my computer (the path is ::{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}) So then I named the dekslet "My Computer" and it shows it as My Computer. But when I restart Avedesk, the name changes to ::{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}. Is this a bug or how do I fix this ? :slant:

This happens with all the shortcuts too. For example shortcut to iTunes. When I restart the name changes to iTunes.exe when it normally is just plain iTunes.

After you change the name, remember to save the settings from the file menu.

Hmmm where exactly is this file menu you refer to ? Sorry I'm pretty new with this app... I tried the save configuration from the control panel, but that didn't help.

if he read the damn tutorial he would have seen and thus UNCHECK the "Automatically format label to drive/folder name" in the label format tab.
