Graphics request addon site to Aqua-Soft

Hi,

I was browsing Neowin.net and noticed they had a Graphics/multimedia request site. (http://neorequest.tekngn.net/NeoRequest.aspx)

I realize that most of the forums do have a request sub-forum, but maybe having an addon site could also host the graphics/multimedia,and have a bigger database of requests. Not only could you request icons and wallpapers, but font's, developers could request application support, sounds. the list is endless.

Does this sound like a good idea?
