has anyone ever seen or even used this that has some opinions about it... apparently, it's created by some students of washington state univ. under the "mentorship" of some MS personnel.

looks pretty good, a image editor in the degree between MS Paint (my favorite ) and a photoshop level.

and obviously, it needs .net framwork

Don't know if anyone knows about this one or not? But there's a new program that I saw posted up on Neowin that's supposed to replace MSPaint. It's basically like a free, cut-down version of expensive apps like Photoshop. It offers various tools and even supports layers.

Might be good for those who want to start using more advanced image features without having to spend loads on an expensive app which they may not use enough to warrant the price tag?
