I've seen this IM on a screenshot and I want it sooooo...

can anybody tell me what IM program is it and how to skin it that it will look exacly like that?

Yes it is definitely iChat. There is even the iChat title "Instant message with ..." in the chat windows, and this is very specific to iChat.

Look at the taskbar and the dock, both ichat and Adium are running.

The buddy list is from Adium, but the chat windows are from iChat!!

yep. Adium X is for Mac. You can get similar-looking Contact List using Miranda IM and the plugin talked about here

OK people, look at the dock. es is running iChat and Adium SIMULTANEOUSLY! es uses Adium for other IMs besides AIM.

PS: There is no bubble mod for any IM app for Windows yet.
