Started a mockup of a Windows Visual Style. The idea is to create a visual style with high usability providing a great user experience.
This is an early mockup and any thoughts are welcomed before this project is taken further.

Looks very inteligent, Clean , Different most in deed...
my only comment at this point is: stay away from the top common tasks shellstyle that all the longhorn guys are so fond of. (i only bring it up cuz i see that big longhorn-style 'back' button.) i prefer my common tasks on the side. i like it, though. very clean and professional looking.

The style tooks really good. Keep is simple like the way it is right now, it's easier on the eyes that way.

Before I clicked on the thumbnail it looked like the Good Grey VS, I was about to say you ripped it. 
But this completely different and this looks good hopefully you finish it.

Cold, clean, simple... It's very good background for creative work Not sure if I'd use it, but the sketch looks interesting
