[Release] World Clock

For those who are interested, I've updated the scripts to handle timezones that are fractions of hours. Actually you can define a timezone to the nearest second if you like!

Since it's really a script development the only clocks included are a slight mod of the default SysStats chrome clock. You can of course change the graphices to your own!

I only run ObjectDock+ so I can't guarantee that it works on any other docks.

Get it at DockEx or at Wincustomize.

I have a question :P :P : does it automaticaly adjust daily saving? and does it work for both northern and southern hemisphere countries??

Re daylight saving... No, sorry :(. I haven't found a way to discover the state of daylight saving in other countries especially when the computer is not always internet connected (as mine is).

Re northern & southern hemisphere... timezones extend north to south AFAK, so yes! :P

I hope to refine it in the future but right now it works by setting the 'remote' clock to an offset (in hours) from the local PC's time i.e the clock is NOT working in UTC. This means you have to know the time difference between your locale and the county whose time you wish to show.

I know, not elegant, but as I said I hope to make it better in the future....
