Changing The "add" Cursor

i'd like to know how can i change the "ADD" cursor. It comes up when you drag and copy into a folder, or into a dock - anytime you drag n drop in shell.

Where can i change it? is it in a dll somewhere? - if anyone knows about it please reply back! B)

THANK YOU!

it's in shell32.dll (like the shortcut)

I haven't try yet to change it (I just changed the shortcut)

The number is : Bitmap 143 (whithout SP1)

The ugly cross is not a cursor. It's just a small bitmap wich is added to the cursor

right i noticed that - but whats that black space undernethe it?

and why on earth does the cursor turn into white whenever this "add" image comes up?

- you guys probably noticed that..

thats so microsh##.

except switching the bmp, is there a way to make the mouse cursor not change into white?

I think the white cursor is an "application cursor".

I don't remember I ever saw it with explorer.

For exemple, I changed the white cursor of WinRAR with yours.
