changing icons in Internet Explorer

well, I would like to change the icons I use in IE 6 to something OS X style (of course!)

I just can't figure out how to do this. Does anyone know of a tutorial for this?

I did use webblinds a while ago but It runs pretty bad on my OS (windows 2000)
