I'm not sure but I think you are trying to use samurize cdcovers.
In order to use that you need to download samurize which contains client.exe file...

Not to be too harsh on you but if you would've read the readme file (http://img7.exs.cx/img7/3820/CDCoversSuite.jpg) you would've noticed that this was for Samurize and wouldn't have had to create a useless post about it.
