I haven't seen a Tiger clone with the Platinum variant for Windows but the Hybrid Tiger msstyle comes the closest, I think there may be one @ MacThink! although it probably isn't well made.

and about making it, its very simple, even windows has the base code for it, its called the registry, fairly simple to turn it into spotlight, but ms is too idiotic to make something like that.

lol our first forum skin design was exactly like that the day tiger was shown. it just didn't work out right.
