Aqua-Soft ForumsGuys, just a question, but is there a Safari clone for Windows? Not the skins like for Firefox, or the IE shells, but the real thing I guess.

There is one but it is not working very well. It's called Safari beta 1.0 as far as i can remember and it s available on osx.e.com

Yes I'm afraid it does. There is another one also called Savanna but it also relies on IE.
They all rely on IE that's why I don't use them.
I prefer to skin Opera or Firefox because IE sucks, at least in my opinion.
you're right, I saw their was some sort of project/talk about it on a google search, but I can't find any evidence as to how far they've gotten.
theres also savanna, wich u can find at osx-e, wich is way better than the safari 1.0 app listen above. i belive pixel matrix was talking about making a safari app, but it died.

why are you so scared? you have antivirus software and a firewall, right? if your ie settings are correct (don't allow unsigned activex) and you don't force anything, ie can be safe.
if ie had tabs and mouse gesture, i might still be using it...
ie is just too heavy for me, it takes to much resource on my system...
