Help In Modding Icon's Location

This is an old question, however im sure people would probably know more with the registry.

How can i modify the default location of icons in the desktop?

They always appear on the top left side. So i was wondering if there is a way to make any new icon appear in the top right side - somewhere in the registry with different values... *im sure its somewhere there*

I don't know how to make the icons appear in the right side of the desktop, but I'm sure at VirtualPlastic they do.
