OK, I wasn't sure where to put this, so mac apps it is!
Teh Seff0rz has linked this screeny in a thread, I did PM him but he's not been online for a while to reply. So my questions:
What are all the icons to the right of konfabulator in the finder bar?
Where are the iPod, desktop and mouse icons from?
What theme is that he's using?
Any help appreciated.

icons right of the K are an app called "Butler"
drives are Lou`s Aquafied or something like that, released few days ago
iPod is from iPodding to the 4th dimension from widget.widget
mouse icons, i`d like to know that too 
i think the theme is iStyle, or a modded version of it
