However, the icon for the state when you can dag your folder of icon's off the desklet isn't too hot.

Alright, so I'm only a few days off.

Open the skin file in Notepad,

Go to the section that says IconOverlay and change the first four settings to "0"

If you made the icon have a outer bevel aimed down and keep the darkness it would look like its a hole in the desktop which would be cool.
