[help] iTunes/iPod Authorization Trouble

I have several albums on my user, namely everything by Green Day, but I don't listen to it that much. My sister, on the other hand, loves all of my rock music. Unfortunately, iTunes will not transfer the songs to her iPod (from her user) because they are not "authorized". They transfered fine from my user to my iPod.

Any suggestions?

you have more than one computer account? is that what you mean by User?

try login in on her computer account, and then into iTunes with your iTunes account (That the music is registered to) then go to advanced menu, and click on "Authorize this computer"

i have two different iTunes accounts (me and my wife) under one Windows logon, and both sync fine with my iPod.

It works now... I simply told the iPod to update itself about 5 times and it did it on one of them... :P

Didn't help that my sister had music scattered in 3 places, some duplicated. :D

if you highlight the library in iTunes 4.7, you can go to the Edit Menu and select "Show Duplicate Songs" and iTunes will try and guess which songs are probobly duplicates.

Any way to get it to auto-update the song locations? Say, if I have a folder in My Music titled Rock, and I rename it to RockII. iTunes doesn't pick that up :(

No biggie though.
