[help] Notepad System 6 Skin?

Hello,

Is there any kind of skinnable Notepad/SimpleText - esque program that can look like System 6? (System 6 is the same look as the "black & white" color scheme in later MacOS's).

I've seen AveEdit. Does it have pre-OSX skins?
