[Help] Simple chat using flash

Hello, i am trying to make a simple chat area for my website just like this one : http://www.allnationsfc.com, For one, I have no clue how to do that and for 2, I would like to do it all in flash if not then just the user imput (IE. name, post) but I am having trouble, could anyone lead me to a tutorial for this?
