[help] Connecting to Windows ME remotely, can it be done?

Hi Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls, how are you all today?

I have a friend that I would very much like to help out with her system, only problem is she lives quite some distance away from me, so I was wondering if it was possible to remotely connect to her Windows ME System, to help her install some stuff and check fro viruses etc?

Does anyone know of a free, legal way to do this?
