it didnt work for me though...i wanted handelgotd on my mac but tinkertool didnt change a thing :/
You need to use Silk and TinkerTool to replace most of the system font. It still won't do it all, and most probably it'll screw up text on tabs in Safari.
I don't, personally, see why anyone wants to change it. Lucida Grande and the OS X UI were meant for each other, no font looks as good in it's place (not even the infamous HandelGotDwossname).
