this is true, they can. Your right. Maybe they aren't finished yet. I'm sure no one wants to put out a horrible theme or unfinished for that matter. I'm sure the screens you have seen are only showcasing the finished "goodlooking" parts. Don't worry its coming. I don' t have it, but considering the fuss on the forums here and at neowin.
