What does the plug in do?
Why do you specifically need to use YIM? Why not use Adium (if whatever the plugin does is included, otherwise it's a given you'd need YIM..)?
I guess because Adium is for mac 
Right now i just have the downloaded regnessem working. MSN-hotmail support only. I have downloaded the yahoo IM plugin, to be able to use with my yahoo accounts, but i can't get the plug-in to work. Only my hotmail accounts can work.
