Skin For Wb4

I work in skin for WB4 but I have problem with the tga files. What is the best program for create images tga? Photoshop can do it with some plug in? Is possible use other format in buttons and other elements differents tga files? Thanks

umh i'm using phtoshop 7 and it can do tga's, and if you want you can import partial graphics from other format such as bmp's or whatever...
