Aqua-Soft Forumsi saw a widget that rotates wallpapers from a folder
is there one for AveDesk or konfab
cuz desktopx doesnt work well for me ;o
or better yet an external one

I'm not sure if there is one for Avedesk or Konfabulator. However I know that Tadis has made one for Samurize. The widget could be found at Tadis's site. Have a look here

I used to use PictureShare. Its provides a service to get you new wallpapers off the net,
but you can just use the local image rotator for free. It's really customizable, it dosn't
have a tray icon, splash image or anything like that. The place to get it is

Just dl it, and don't sign up for the service, I really liked it.
Theres a little app called Drempels, and its verry cool and low on resources.
You might wanna try it. 
also, keep an eye on avedesk 1.2... 
Why, is there a desklet I missed? There's one that actually worked on 1.1, I think: search for WallpaperFilm Strip.

works like a charm for me
i use winwall to automaticlly change wallpapers with some neat effects.
