Hello, I am new to the forums but I have been reading these forums for a month or so. In this picture you can see that the file - edit menu is on top like a real mac.
Does anyone know how to do this? I have already installed all the system files and the visual style from http://www.jonmega.com/iceman/vs/ but I dont have that modded bar.

if you read these forums for a month you would have learned by now and wouldn`t be asking such a basic and idiotic question.
look around before starting other topics with this kind of subjects and use search.

Indeed that is Stardock ObjectBar, and it replaces the whole start bar altogether, so if you use it you'll have to use ObjectDock (which is the only dock I know of that does this) to be able to switch efficiently between your tasks.
However I don't like it much because it eats up a lot of resources.
Oh and next time please use the search feature, this has been answered many times before, and searching takes less energy than making a new thread.

You cannot pretend that every new member that comes in will start asking the same questions that have been asked thousands of times.
If you dont have the dedication to browse around and spend at least some time looking for answers, dont expect the welcome committee here when you make other do the linking work.
