How change quicklunch tab icons font color?

I have in toobar Quickstart icons with signatures on the right. Color of a font of signatures dark blue (or even white) on a white background. How change color on black, it is desirable, without installation of special programs. Probably, it is necessary patch a file .msstyle? What line?
