[Help] Explorer toolbar

I can change the appearance of my [explorer] toolbar by clicking customize on the menu. Also "unlock the toolbars" and change their position.

However, upon closing and reopening the window. The toolbar and icons will always return to how they were before. As if the changes above are not saved.

This is the same using yz toolbar or not. Anyone can help me change it back to how it was before and stay how i have changed it. tia

When you quit explorer, try ctrl+clicking the exit button. Hopefully that will work.

Yes, toolbar is locked before i exit the window (how i would like it to stay). but on reopening the explorer window the positions/settings have changed back to before.

And ctrl clicking the exit button makes no difference. Using wB and not, i still have this problem.

While we are on the subject... how can I make it so that when I put my menu buttons to the right I can stop the Edit button showing ever so slightly - which looks like a dirty line?
