It looks like some icons were not done from scratch. For example the firefox one, please correct me if im wrong, but if indeed you have used someone elses work on these, it needs to be properly acknowledged.

Not to be a bother, but that firefox's base icon looks almost 100% like the real one. Did you actually recreate that icon from scratch? if so GOOD JOB dude!
