Aqua-Soft ForumsWhen Did You First Join Aqua-Soft?

I first came across this web wonder in about 2001 because thats when i first got my computer so i started customizing it. I only KNEW of aquasoft then, and when i joined, i was all new and stuff. But i didnt join until later 2002 bcuz i was alot into the aqua look over at neowin. Anyway... then the rhodium and minimal phase.. but anyway... i joined this community then. Yup.
Well, according to my Profile, I joined on "18-November 02" so Im gonna guess that is about the time I joined. LOL Goku, i know what your trying to mean and ask! To tell you the truth, it was probably only a week before that date when I really started liking what I was seeing! I used to be the biggest Anti-Mac person in the world. Pre-OS X, I SERIOUSLY thought that I was gonna puke everytime I looked at OS 9 or eariler. I have always felt that Windows looked bad, but I always thought pre-OS X took the cake for "ugly". So anways, after about a week, I realised that I was in denial and that i needed some help. so, from then on, i joined Aquaholics Annoy... er... i mean Aqua-Soft (lol) to help my addiction!

Ive been around for a while. In fact, they refer to me as a senior member now (thats right, im orange!). Im almost as old as Duckie.
I think I joined in December.
Thats easy. I joined at a really great time to join. It was pretty much right when you guys got back on line. Because, I had been searching for mac emulation sites, and all of these other sites, (iceman's) directed me to aqua-soft, saying THIS IS THE SITE TO START YOU MUST GO HERE.
I had no idea really what it was, but everyone kept saying it was down and I know it was down for about a week before finally you guys came back. I went to your site and there really was nothing there, except the boring forums. You didn't have any information or downloads.
I was thinking, "This is the greatest site to start at??". Then I went to the forums and figured, heck, I might as well join.
So I did, as Jmitch. So basically I was one of the first members to join from your return. It was in early november. There were like 30 members or so. I was thinking, "Man this community sucks, its not that big or developed."
Then I realized you guys had been gone for a while and you lost all of your posts and member information. So I really came at a good time, because you guys were kind of starting all over. I got to see this whole thing grow again from the beginning. I dont know why I not a "senior member" but oh well. Guess, you had to be part of the community before the site went down.
If I had came much earlier when your site was still up, I would have been just another member joining into the hundreds that have already joined anyways. So I think I came at the right time. 
oh boy.. when did i join... it was soooo long ago.. before time was time.
lol j/k but um.. i remember a while back i was just surfing for customizing windows.. and i saw.. aqua-soft.org in my yahoo search (i had nothin to do with aqua at the time so it was a fluke).. i went there reading it has sweet apps to replicate mac os X and i thought WOW.. but.. no luck... it was gone... everything.. shut down. I kept coming bcak and back to see if it would ever be back.. and slowly.. the main page came up... download section down but atleast the page was up i was thinking.. then after i saw th forums.. of course there were hardly anyone in the community at the time.. but.. look at it now, its huge i tell you. Iv been at aqua soft for a longggg time and i got to watch it grow and mature

Yes, Bolero, your experience is similair to mine. Although, I believe I was here a bit earlier than you. You were still one of the early comers. Did aqua-soft have forums and a community before it was shut down for whatever reason??

Nope, you were here earlier than I was. You were here 13 days before I was. You were here at november 8 and I was nov. 21.
It looks as if I came here in Feb. Slightly off topic, but does anyone else think the board is a little less active since it was brought back up again after the sql error? Maybe I just check back more often.

actually bolero came here in like mid july last year if im not mistaken (late spring for sure), before the big break in the end of last year.
i came here after timdorr first release of his aqua osx theme for windows,
but i never registered for noveber

Hey Ken, just click on My Controls at the top of the screen when you are logged in. It will tell you the exact date and time you registered to aqua soft.

I know.... I was talking about the previous phase of Aqua-Soft (before the site going down and we needed to re-register)
December 18, 2000...
I joined in summer 2001, but the site got closed down, and then aqua-soft launched again and I joined Jan 4 2003, 06:04 PM.

People where confused with SUSUMU, thinking HE is a girl, not taha.
