[Help] How to restore some parts of my windows..

I messed around with my windows Xp, like I bet all of you did one before. I went in the folder options and added these weird commads in my right click menu when I select a folder. How can I delete these?

Control Panel/Folder Options/File Types [Tab]

I click File Folder, click advance and then I want to delete some of those options, but I have no idea how to. It will not allow me. Any ideas.

With the FlyaKit System restorer default this? I don't want to apply it and then lose my other customizations.

If you're wondering why i messed with this, I was trying to change the icons. (That was before I found some great freeware to do it.)

Search for these values in the registry, backup, and delete the keys that match.

Simplest solution is always the best. This should work for lots of similar problems in the future (although I think it's hard to rid yourself of McAfee context, an maybe Norton). Always, always Backup!
