Aqua-Soft ForumsI'm sure most of you are confused right now, wondering what in the world FlyakiteXP is. Well to put it simply, it's the opposite of FlyakiteOSX.
FlyakiteXP is a 4.53mb system files pack that restores all system files back to their XP defaults.
FlyakiteXP is intended for those of you that have a ton of mixed system files or old system files on your computer. If you have installed other people's system files (Danimator, WindowsX, Stefanka, even me), and don't have an uninstaller, you lost your backup files, etc. you can use FlyakiteXP to restore your system!
Features:
1) Works on XP Home, Pro, RTM (no service pack), SP1, SP2, Media Center 2004 & 2005, and Server 2003 Web, Standard, Enterprise, DataCenter.
2) Works on ANY operating system language.
3) Will restore all system files icons, avis, bmp files, etc. to their defaults.
4) Can reset wallpaper back to bliss, reset logon screen, cursor scheme, sound scheme and certain registry tweaks.
5) Deletes it's source files off the system after restart, so no need to clean up after FlyakiteXP!
Things it does NOT do:
1) Cannot restore boot screen or Open/Save toolbar bitmaps. (it just can't, sorry)
2) Cannot reset all moddified dialogs from a previous pack, as that would make it so it can only work on English versions instead of all languages.
3) Cannot clean up after any other system file packs (including any of the Flyakite packs). Even though things like cursors, sounds, wallpaper, etc. can be reset to the XP defaults, those modded cursors and sounds will still be left on the system. Extra stuff must be removed manually after restart.
4) There is no uninstaller. There is no need for one. If you apply this, there is no turning back.
