I Wanna Check This:

I'm taking a course in Software engineering, as computing tends to be my primary interest, I was interested in the Mac Software design. I found Iceman's Emulation Page and then found this forum and have been hooked ever since.

I have kids that keep me interested too, so that helps.

Come on oldies, get off your beds, try voting - no, you wont die.

Contrasutra, do you got a pepper up yer a$$ or something? or is it a giant d##k?

#20194

Just on the weekends..... but thats not the point. A pepper does sound Intriguing, though.

Someones in a frisky mood...been talking to bbbear?

I guess I just feel superior to all these old farts (Grusic, Goku, Jef, and that 9 year old). Im young and vibrant, and they are just, well, old. Im never growing up. I plan on dying heroically at 22 in a motercycle accident (ah, dreams).

well Jmitch, judging from the poll, there are mostly kids here.

[Cartman's voice] Don't challenge my authoritaaaah!![/Cartman] :P

well, taha, yes you were right. But, not anymore. The poll as Goku stated shows an average of 18 year olds. Thats not exactly kids. Sure we have a few youngsters, but most of the people here are between the ages of 16 and 30 and beyond.

Edit:

I should really get a picture of myself in my avatar. After all, thats what an avatar is isn't it?? It really helps to identify whos who around here. Contrusta, I am always forgetting who you are because you change your avatars and sigs so much. Then I remember, oh ya, thats that dude or whatever your previous avatar happened to be.

I don't remember people by their names usually. Its human nature to remember people by a visual or image, whatever that may be.

#20207

14. Will be 15 May 5th. I dont believe however in the fact that just because you are older that you are wiser. I know 33 year old people who haven't a clue what they are talking about on any subject matter, but somehow feel that they can argue a point in which they have no real truths in. Its a shame...

#20210

Me?

YOu.. talkin to me?

eh im jus 15.5166666666666666666666668

gonna get my permit soon :D

Well, avatars are suppose to be VIRTUAL representations of you, so putting a real picture on would be missing the point.

I change my sig so much because everyones got Photoshop now, and ive got to compete (what...were not competing?)

And I already figured out you cant remember names (HINT HINT).

Goku: Im not even going to try to reply to that. I am possibly the laziest person you will never meet. Remember my dead sig and av for like a month? I was actually staring at it for 20 mintues, debating whether I should go through the trouble to fix it. And dont get me started on moving. I once didnt get off of a sofa for 62 hours. I was so bored, I actually counted, and I STILL didnt get up. Booya.

(PS. I realize I actually did reply to the statement, even though I said I wouldnt, you picky person!)

Well, yes, they can be virtual representations. But, they can also be actual pictures. I personally think that is better. But, either way, as long as I can distinguish between who's who.

(By now I know who contrasutra is no matter what representation he has, he has switched so much I have learned to remember his name)

There is a thread back there with member photos etc... too lazy to post mine but I'll do, eventually...

As you can see from my avatar pick, I'm a fully grown up person. 30.5 here! :)

I'm a former cast member. Played magenta, Riff Raff, and Brad. Was on cast in Orlando for 5 years, so I know ALL the quotes.

Oh, ROCKY!

#20447

I am 36 This August <_

#20456

Duckie, after reading your biography posted in the "trek" version of your site (mmmh... that was more than a year ago, if I remember well... :P ), I was almost sure you'd recognize the quote... but I must say, I'm glad to see a 18-years-old-soon-to-be-nineteen such as Sakasune recognizing it... I first saw the movie when I was 16, and it really changed my life (ok, maybe I'm exaggerating a little... let's say it made me see some things under a different perspective... ;) ) I don't know if there's something - be that a movie, a book or a music - that could have a similar impact for the 16 y.o.'s of today...

... by the way... you played Magenta ?? Wow, that's great... I only played Riff Raff and Brad... and tried to stomp around in high heels, but almost break my neck! :D (but I'm still practising, one day I know I'll make it! he he he)

"It's not easy having a good time" (You-know-who-he-is ;) )
