Was going to post this, but Goku beat me to it. I tried the Japanese version before, but the language was a problem since I use English. Glad that cypher1942 did the translation!
I used the Spidercrab skin for QCD player before, and it was really cool, but the WMP 9 series iTunes skin has much more features, so I made the "switch".
Anyway, here's a pic:
Features:
* Mini player and full mode mode
* Fully functionable sort buttons: by song, artist, album etc
* Functionable browse button, which drops down to playlists like, "Favorites - 4 and 5 star rated" etc
* "iTunes" displayed in the title bar
* Various equalizer modes: Rock, Grunge, Metal, Dance, Techno, Country, Jazz and many others
Cons:
* Search field doesn't work
* Visualisation doesn't work
* artist name doesn't appear in mini player
* artist & track name doesn't appear in full mode
Despite the cons, think I can live with them 
I cannot download it from the site, has anyone been able to do so? If you did can you send it to me, or post a link as to where I can get it?

I managed to download it just now using Goku's supreme linkage

If you can get the visualisation to work it will display that info in the corner of the visualisation and the track name gets put just below the title.
Sometimes visualisations don't work for me. i get round it by selecting a new one via the right click menu, then waiting for the next song to start.
Mysteriously that seems to get them working again.

Everything seems to work well on mine except for the displays in the mini-mode. The way to get around the visualisation thing is to load the playlist in the skinned mode, and if it still doesn't work stop the song and start it again, that usually fixes it for me. If you click the options button you can make sure the song title is set to display.
