[help]Hiding switch interface style button in Windows Media Player
have you tried reshacking? you might be able to replace the image with something else (even a blank one).
i don't use it, so i don't know for sure.
What exactly do you suggest I reshack? I have no idea where WMP resources are stored.
there's a windows media player folder in the program files directory. are you using a different version? it might be there then.
You still are not understanding what I'm asking. I want to know where the resources for Windows Media Player are stored. I've looked into every file in the WMP directory and none of them contain any useful bitmaps. If anyone knows which file controls the interface, please let me know
Also it's WMP10.
i honestly don't thing that that's a reshack-able thing. it seems to be such an integral part of wmp. i just clicked mine so the menu bar is moved to down in the player and off the title bar, if you get what i'm saying. wmp remembers this and i never see it now. maybe that's all you need...?
Yeah I know about that but I want the titlebar. Thanks anyway.
Is it possible to fix this by modifying something in the visual style? It looks nice in Luna. Maybe I need to edit the VS.
You must to reshack wmploc.dll in system32 directory,
there are a lots of similar bitmaps, try to modify those
from #6012 to #6023. ![]()

lol misunderstood.
