IE Taskbar icon please!!

hello all

this is my first post in this forum

still new to customizing windows

i really want to change the small IE icon on the taskbar, it is really ugly and extremely annoying

can someone please let me know how to do this

I dont think thats what he's asking. I think what he's asking is how to change the icon that shows up in the taskbar and the titlebar, not the throbber/thingamabobber on the toolbar.

To change it, use a program called "Resource Hacker" and open up iexplore.exe (normally located in "C:Program FilesInternet Explorer" and replace one of the "Icon Group" resources to another icon.
