Regarding taskbar icons

Actually i have two questions:

1.) The first one is, when u open up IE, a tab appears on the taskbar. The IE

logo/icon is there, how can i change it? The default one is super ugly and

it's driving me nuts....

2.) How do i go abt changing startup program icons?

If anyone can, pls advise me ! Thank you !! =p

1. Use reshack and replace the IE icon in the internet explorer's exe. (Or be smart and switch to FireFox www.mozilla.org) )

2. Errr. Just right click the shortcut in Startup folder, properties, change icon. If u want to change the tray icon, u must reshack the exe of the app.
