First I thought your invitation for someone to make you an icon a bit too facetious, but then I felt sorry for you, so here's a (quite unimpressive) png and ico I knocked out.

It's really not that hard to make an icon out of virtually any image. Even those with the most humble Photoshop knowledge, such as your truly, can do it.
