How to delete a large amount of album art?

I have a Nomad Jukebox Zen Xtra from Creative and I have been getting a lot of "Playback Errors". I researched and I found that either all the "Playback Error" mp3s (~50% of my collection) are corrupt, or that they have album art. I think the cause is the album art so I am wondering how I can massively delete all of these songs artwork. I got the artwork from the artwork searching program that searches Amazon for album art for your library (I forgot the name of the program). Thanks for any help.

Seriously though:

I don't know of a mass album art tagging program (use google)

Maybe one of these?

You can do it with iTunes, but not massively. You need to do it per-album. If you have a lot of albums it can take some time, but it is still do-able.

They way you do it is, you select all of the song of X album, right click, choose Get Info and then just delete the album art that appears in the Info windows. You need to repeat that for every album.

I'm sorry if this is not helpful.

try "Tag And Rename" ;)

You can do this with iTunes, for as many tracks as you like at once - load them up into iTunes, select them all, then right-click and "Get Info". If you then check the box for the album art field, it will set all tracks' album art to the contents of the box (nothing, if you don't paste an image in).

Jobe done.

Also...

Topic Moved.

This belongs in Cross Platform Software, methinks.

I'm hopefully getting a photo or a Steel 4G from ColorwarePC.com for Christmas. Let's hope. I've just been having too many problems with this.

Oh and thanks for the help stevie; worked like a charm.
